Very usefulBy AnonymousIf you frequently drink tea or coffee, this water warmer is very useful. The packaging was excellent, took around 4 days to arrive in the UK. You need an adapter to use it in the UK, but not a voltage converter.

Excellent serviceBy AnonymousI can't rate the inner pot yet. But I want to do it for the excellent service. All questions were answered very quickly and immediately in advance of the order. Shipping to Germany takes 8 days. I paid the customs duties directly to DHL Express upon delivery. It makes differenceBy AnonymousI ordered my rice cooker, and received in 4 days to Australia. Very fast delivery. Customer service answered my questions very quick and in detail.
Above all the rice cooker is brilliant, I tried to cook in different choices and all taste much better than my old one.
